To solve the problem of NES pollution there are two positions to be considered:
-      reduction of the amount of SD due to the descend of SP of SLV stages after finishing their mission by means of autonomous on-board deorbiting system (ABDS) development and design – remediation;

-      decrease of the amount of SD earlier launched to NES operational orbits by means of development of universal multiple-in-use transport-docking module (MUDTM) – mitigation.

The basis of ABDS development is a principle of gasification of unused liquid propellant residues by means of use of energy resources kept in gasified products and by means of gas rocket engine (GRE).
The basis of MUTDM design is innovative research and development of schemes and units of attaching, docking, and towing of non-cooperated SD components to the descend orbits in World ocean or to burial ones.
The developments of such area are to promote the stated goal that is the raise of safety of space-rocket activity and reduction of risks of collisions with still functioning space crafts.
At present fundamental research was held to form basic projects of ABDS and MUTDM and general composition of space-rocket system (SLV type, upper stage – US, launch sites) and requirements to the accuracy of objects targeting for their further descend to the World ocean or to burial orbits.
Development of scientific-technical and design documentation complexes is planned, also complex of ground and flight tests with the use of SLV of “Souyz-2.1B” type and US of “Volga” and “Fregat” types is to be started.
